I stayed at Yves’ appartement for a month, and it worked well for this period. The appartement is fully equipped, and everything works. If I had an issue or needed information, Yves responded right away and effectively. I especially appreciated two features: the elevator (the appartement is on the 6th floor), and the washing machine. Also, there is a small supermarket a few steps away, and the tram (toward the old town or airport) is a few blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet, with boulangeries and restaurants nearby. I routinely walked to the various entertaining neighborhoods in Nice—the old town, the Carre d’Or, Place Massina—and the Promenade des Anglais is close by. I had a marvelous stay in Nice, and this appartement was a big part of its success.

We stayed at Yves for 5 weeks and it was such a great base for us. Quiet neighbourhood, with free parking close by and a scenic 15 min walk to Old Nice. Yves’ place is also very close to the beach as well as supermarkets and boulangeries. Would recommend, thanks for having us!
