House was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I think the instructions may need to be updated. It stated that there was a lockbox with the key but there is no key needed to access home only the passcode. Only trouble we had was finding the wifi information which was supposed to located on the fridge but nothing was there. We had to reach out and get the information from Hayley. Highly recommend.
Mixed Experience at Evolve Property - Communication and Maintenance Concerns I stayed at an Evolve property from December 26th, 2023, to January 2nd, 2024. The house was clean and the neighbourhood felt safe, but there were some issues. The garbage disposal instructions were problematic, and reaching out to the contact, Hayley, was difficult. The remote controls for the TVs didn't work, and despite reporting issues with kitchen and porch lights, promised inspections never happened. Despite these setbacks, the house was nice. Hoping Evolve resolves these issues for future guests.
