The pictures look great for the house and it is cute. There are definite maintenance issues-several cords that are "daisy chained, loose wire hanging over the steps railing, stains on the stairs, overwhelming smell of bleach in the bathroom, botched fixes in the bathroom, the crawl space to the attic was left open with exposed insulation, cob webs in the corners, several holes exposed from the walls in the kitchen behind the stove, the TV installation was not done professionally- it looked like they were about to fall of of the wall and crooked, the biggest bedroom- the door had a lock on it, but on the outside, the bed in that room had the HARDEST mattress-it felt like sleeping on the floor. The worst thing about staying there, was that in the morning we were getting ready to make breakfast and a mouse ran across the counter and ran into the hole behind the stove. I reached out to the owner to let them know and they offered to bring traps. At that point I didn't even want to stay.
