What a wonderful and beautiful place to stay off the beaten path, surrounded by water and forest.
We had a great time, loved the little cottage with a real wood stove. The setting is gorgeous. everything is clean and well taken care of. The host's Mary and her dog Sol are very friendly. We highly recommend staying here.
Mary was very friendly, really beautiful place with amazing view. Zol was very friendly with us .
Mary was so friendly and the cabin + outdoor area was so beautiful! Mountains surround the cabin, the stars are so vivid at night due to the dark sky and I even spotted a herd of female deer! The cabin was very clean, had clear instructions and was very private / peaceful. I would certainly come back again next time I visit the Jasper NP area. Cell service was a bit spotty for me and there is no wifi in the cabin so just a heads up about that! It was very nice and relaxing to be completely unplugged for a couple of days (:
The location is beautiful, a little tricky to find in the dark but very worth it. The cottage is on Mary’s property but still has a sizeable yard of it own. Everything was very clean, such a beautiful place to relax. There is a gorgeous hiking trail that takes you to lookout point to overlook the river and mountains. The Nordic Cross country ski trails are just a few minutes away.
