Eva’s Place is brand new. It is peaceful, quiet and comfortable. While it is a bed and bath without a sitting space, it is cozy and comfortable.

My cousin and I really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect spot for a weekend at the Vidalia Air Show. Quiet and beautiful star gazing too!
No complaints except there was no sugar or cream for coffee. Otherwise peaceful stay.
Dianne was super friendly! She felt like family right from the beginning! Her place was spot on. Had a little sitting area on the back side of the apartment. Very quiet area. Bed was comfy and the AC worked great! The water pressure was spectacular as well! Which is a big plus for me anywhere we travel :) Will definitely stay there again if the need arises
The place us very small, well suited for short term stays.
Great quaint space. Dianne was super responsive and helpful during my stay. Was in the area for work and this was far superior and a much better value than a standard hotel.
