Everything was absolutely great , location, apartment, cleanliness,etc. the Matt is very quick to respond.
This isn’t a fully bad review I will go over the bad and the good. When we first arrived it was a complete mess trying to check in… The front desk speak’s little to no English. Once 45 min went by we finally got to our parking spot which is very tiny. Do not attempt to stay here unless you have a small car. Folks drive crazy in the parking deck. WORST was almost being jumped while waiting almost 2 hours to get into the elevator by 5 drunken men puking everywhere and then threw bottles into the floor until they busted Liquer all over our bags…This is all before we even got to the room. The host puts the key fob which you need to get to the correct floor in the room… so you have to go back to the front desk and try to help them understand that you need them to scan you up to your floor…. The condo was very nice and great view. The kitchen was dirty with dingy dishes and literally massive grease from cooking all over the cabinets and fridge that wasn’t cleaned. Nice condo.

Pool kann man erst ab Check in um 16Uhr brauchen. Dann ist keine Sonne mehr. Nach Check out 11Uhr kann man Pool auch nicht mehr brauchen, Sonne kommt erst dann. Wenn man nur eine Nacht da ist hat man keine Möglichkeit in der Sonne den Pool zu geniessen. Wasser im grossen Pool war kalt, der Whirpool war immer besetzt. Von den beiden grossen Pools war nur einer in Betrieb, darüber hat mich niemand informiert (dieser war wohl in Revision, hatte kein Wasser drin). Lage sensationell! Aussicht wahnsinnig!! Personal beim Check in unten an Reception sehr arrogant und nicht hilfsbereit. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft fehlte.
