Trash must be bagged, placed inside trash cans, and only taken out after 6pm on nights prior to trash collection days. Once trash is collected, trash cans must be put away in the garage. The HOA regularly fines guests in violation of trash rules. All pet waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags. Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay.
