Our 6000 sq ft Lake House has 150 ft of clean landscaped shoreline, a large dock and gazebo. With multiple outdoor seating areas, several fire pits, and a large hot tub and barrel sauna, you have plenty of spaces to relax with friends and family and enjoy precious time together. White Lake offers the perfect setting for creating beautiful memories with friends and family. Our 6000 sq ft executive lake house features 150 ft of clean landscaped shoreline with a large dock and a gazebo to enjoy all the beauty this area offers. With three outdoor seating areas, a large Sundance 780 hot tub and a new large barrel sauna, you and your family will have plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. Included with your stay are two kayaks, a canoe, stand-up paddle boards, a pedal boat, and an assortment of outdoor games and activities. For those who love outdoor cooking, our cottage provides a wood-fire pizza oven, two propane Weber BBQs and a Kamado Joe ceramic grill for your use. After enjoying the outdoors, spend your evenings in a lake house built for entertaining. With seven bedrooms (sleeps 14-16) each featuring a queen size beds, all-season duvets, premium linens and a large new tv, there is plenty of room for all. The primary bedroom has a cozy fireplace as well as a new four piece ensuite, with heated floors, and a walk-in shower for two. For the kids, we have a bedroom that features a climbing wall that leads up to a private little nook for them to enjoy. While we do have central air in most of the cottage with exception of garage loft which has separate AC, bedrooms can sometimes become warm in the hot summer months so fans will also be provided for additional comfort. A Chef's kitchen with Wolf stove, built in Thermador coffee maker, Miele dishwasher and a large butcher block island will more than meet your needs. Our kitchen is fully equipped with quality cookware, and all the basic necessities you will need. Our dining table can seat ten comfortably. Our lake house has six large seating areas throughout the cottage, four of which have brand new 70 inch tvs. A giant Napoleon gas fireplace to make your evening nice and cozy in our sunken main floor seating area. A pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey can be found in our walk out lower level along with many board games, books and activities to keep all amused. The basement is heated with radiant floor heating to ensure your comfort. Our lake house has six bathrooms - four full bathrooms and two two-piece powder rooms. A steam shower can be found in our basement full bath. Plenty of new high quality towels are provided in addition to large beach towels for outdoor use. Our lake house also has a washer and dryer available for your use during your stay. We ask that you be mindful of water use as we are on a well as well as septic system. You will be asked to review our House Rules upon booking and provide details regarding your group - full names of guests, number of cars on property during your stay. We can accommodate parking for up to six cars. Cleaning service can be provided during your stay for additional charge. Some firewood is provided and additional wood can be purchased upon request. Please note that the dock and some of the patio furniture will only be accessible during the summer season and is closed from November - mid April. Water shoes are recommended and are not provided. Some life jackets are available for you safety.
