Log into your favorite show on Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus Bathrooms: • Hand Towels • Towels • Designated Makeup Towels • Hair Dryers • Hand Soap One of the rooms in the Airbnb is set aside for the co-owner or owner's exclusive use. Cleanliness: • We take cleanliness seriously. Please respect our check-in and check-out times to allow the time necessary for our professional cleaners to ensure our unit is sanitized. • NO SHOES in the house CHILDREN SAFETY: We do not have gates around the stairs, so younger children should always be watched. Please ensure a responsible adult is watching the children outdoors at all time. We are not liable for any accidents during your stay. GUEST AMENITIES: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap, are provided in each bathroom. CAMERA We want our guests to enjoy their vacation, but please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the outdoor noise to a minimum. we have a security cameras in the front of the house and in the backyard. $1000 fines will be charged for violating NO PARTY rules and noise complaints from the neighbors. The neighbors will call the cops and you will be EVICTED if you do not keep noise down outside after 10PM.

The location of this Airbnb is great, it's about a 30 minute drive to basically anything! Few restaurants & grocery stores that are a walking distance as well. I had my two little kiddos with me so I searched for playgrounds and there were several options within walking distance so that was a bonus. The deck for this Airbnb was the highlight, it was the main reason why we picked this place to begin with. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part and family-friendly. If you're looking for a more home-like place rather than the busy city scenery, this might be a great fit for you. It's a duplex so this is the upper level of the home and there's another home underneath. I initially thought we were renting a two-story house with bedrooms on different floors so I was a bit confused but overall we all enjoyed our stay. My three year old loved the book collection and board games that was in the living room.
This spot is a wonderful gem for a small family. Great location. Great attention to comfort details. Nice little enclosed outside deck area. Highly recommended. Would happily stay here again!
This was by far one of the loveliest homes where we have stayed. It was perfect, with all the expected comfort . Beautiful view, fantastic kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves . Joanne was great to work with. Everything was exceptional! Highly recommend. Thanks Joanne!
My family and I had a great stay at Joanne’s place! The home was just as listed. Very clean, spacious, and well organized. The location was very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. My wife noticed some reviews complained about noisy neighbors. Although we could hear neighbors talking, I felt this the nature of sharing walls and staying in a city, it’s a bit nosier. But, this was more than balanced out for us with the great host Joanne was. She stocked some fun food items for the family, which made us feel welcome upon arrival, and she allowed us to have our friendly dog stay in her very clean AirBnB.

From there, you can park your car and explore the neighborhood on foot or by public transportation. Whether you're looking to explore the city or stay close to home, getting around is a breeze from our convenient location.
