Beautiful and unique air bnb, only off set was the stink bugs, but that’s what you get with nature and was fun watching them torment my husband lol. Truly a one of a kind experience, and comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Went for a overnight wedding trip and enjoyed every second I stay at the barn. There is little phone service but didn’t need it with how much fun we had.

Shawn’s place is very secluded and private. Very clean and stocked with all amenities listed plus extras. Shawn is very responsive to messages. I recommend Shawn’s place to anyone who’s looking for a peaceful and private place to stay.

I didn't see "wifi" listed as an option during the selection process. I didn't think that would be a big deal since I have a hotspot on my cell phone. so I went ahead with it anyway for its proximity between the two locations I'd be frequenting. Unfortunately cell coverage was down to 1 bar for me. I was able to make calls and receive texts. But working on my laptop was not possible. That being said, I honestly enjoyed the reprieve. When I was done for the day, I knew I couldn't get access to emails and that was a welcome reprieve. Only other possible issue (wasn't for me since I was the only one staying here) was the second bedroom is downstairs. If you're looking to stay up to 4 people on the site, you'll have to have someone walk upstairs to use the bathroom, kitchen, and fridge. Throughly enjoyed my stay and Shawn was great to communicate with. Book this place!
