Included building amenities is a Hot Tub room with a shower and toilet, which conveniently is right next door, so if you need an extra bathroom, it is not far. One floor down is a gym for guest use. There is underground parking for one car or one space outside, additional parking is about 100 meters away in Lot 2. There is a locker room for guest skis/boards. Strata rules require ski/board/bikes gear is not allowed upstairs or in the units. There is a bike rack in the underground parkade that provides a secure spot for guests to lock up their bikes, offering peace of mind for those who are there to ride the trails and lifts at Fernie Alpine Resort. There are security cameras throughout the complex in public spaces. Strata rules prevent guests from bringing pets as it is a very difficult place to walk a dog, The ski hill doesn't want brown or yellow spots on its nice white snow. If you Bring a pet the cleaning fee is $200. The comfy King bed is the sole sleeping option, the couch is not a pull out. We don't allow guests to sleep on the couch as it doesn't fit in the washer. So, a couple or a single person is our max, if you show up with extra guest it is $100/night/person and or your reservation will be cancelled.
