The perfect place to stay! Location was great to my son’s dorm. After a long drive and loading my car with my son’s belongings, it was nice to come to the house with air conditioning!

Jill was an extremely responsive host. She was quick to answer all our questions.. The house was lovely and exactly as pictured. She had a bottle of wine and coffee waiting for us when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk to the beautiful IU campus. The bedrooms were pretty small, but the beds were very comfortable. It was an absolutely lovely place to stay during our trip to Bloomington.

What a beautiful perfect space for visiting during IU mom's weekend! We really loved everything about the place. Nice décor with cute touches, modern, clean and comfortable. So much more space than nearby hotels at way more reasonable price. Host was super responsive. What more could you ask?
