Traditional Norwegian cabin with electricity, water, heating and WiFi in a beautiful mountain and lakeview location. Many different activities possible, such as snowshoeing, tobogganing and ice-fishing. Unlimited use of all equipment included. Spot Northern Lights from the heated balcony or over a bonfire (wood provided) This is a remote cabin immersed in natural beauty. Within a few hundred meters, you are in a different landscape: forest, mountains, or lake. It has electricity and electric heating, so it's always warm inside; there is an additional log burner and an incinerator toilet. There is running water from a well in the taps and the shower, and drinking water is provided. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Activities depend on the season: May to October - hiking, bonfires, lake access with rowing boat, kayaks, SUP, fishing (rods provided). Picnic area by the boathouse. November to April - snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, spotting Northern Lights, ice fishing (equipment provided) You will get free instruction in the use of all equipment depending on our needs. Getting there: By car from Tromsø, Finnsnes or Barrymore We are 1h40m drive from Tromso or 45 min from Bardufoss, 1 hour from Finnsnes. You can park outside the cabin from Easter to October. In winter, you park by the main road and hike /snowshoe or ski for about 30 min. The road is cleared from the weekend before Easter.
