This experience was exceptional. Manuela&Flo are incredible hosts, providing a warm welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed. The apartment was impressively well-equipped, making my stay comfortable and convenient. Its proximity to the shopping center and restaurants was a definite plus, and the short 10-minute walk to the beach made it an ideal location. Additionally, the building's safety and tranquility added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

So the apartment it's really nice just perfect for couples and single person, quite place for work if u need to . 15 min to walk to the beach. I recommend it definitely.

L’appartement calme , bien qu’en plein centre et fraîchement rénové avec de beaux matériaux, l’ameublement est de bon goût ( style épuré ) la décoration est plaisante L’accès à une grande terrasse semi- privée partagée avec l’appartement voisin est très grande avec vue et accès sur la piscine .

We were staying at Manuela and Flo's apartment for a week. The apartment was perfect, looked exactly like at pictures. It was very clean and contained everything that we needed for our holidays. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, with coffee machine, toaster and all necessary utensils. Hosts were very friendly, Manuela showed us all the apartment and Flo sent us some restaurant recommendations. They both were very helpful. They left us some drinks and fruits in apartment, that was super nice. There is a supermarket just next to apartment where you can buy almost everything. Beach is about 700meters from apartment, although it is good to rent a car and explore more places. We really enjoyed our stay there, if we come to Gran Canaria again we will be very happy to stay at Manuela and Flo’s apartment again 💛
