The house is in a perfect location, with spectacular views from every room of the Pacific, the reefs of Samara Bay and the coastline. The house is just above the town of Samara, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, but so close that you can drive or bike into town or the beach in minutes. Samara Beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. Enjoy the infinity pool all day and then enjoy a drink on the deck while the sun sets over the ocean. The breathtaking view of the ocean starts the moment you walk through the front door. The house has beautiful, clean, modern lines, white tile floors, stucco walls, all accented by handcrafted woodwork and natural wood ceilings. A wall of glass sliding doors faces west toward the Pacific, which can be seen from every room in the house. The glass doors slide away to open the entire downstairs to the outside. A large, colorful kitchen brings people together, with a wide kitchen counter and four colorful counter chairs, and a huge window that, like the doors in the dining room and living room, slides away and opens the kitchen to the outside with two more seats that reach the kitchen from the outside pool deck. There is a stunning five inch thick wood dining room table that seats 10. There is a beautiful living room and TV viewing area that opens to the outside. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and each opens to a patio overlooking the ocean. Sit by the pool or sit in the shade of the upstairs covered terrace for the best views in the house. Curl up with a book in the living room, the upstairs terrace or a colorful upstairs inside sitting area with a fan and an air conditioner. Grill next to the pool at the outdoor Rancho with a counter, stools and a bar. Turn on the party lights and sit there all night, or in the outdoor sitting area called the Sunset Deck with a fire pit. Enjoy the metal sculpture backlit at night on the front of the house, and the beautiful artwork on every wall inside. Marvel at the grounds surrounding the house that feels like a tropical garden. Enjoy the varied native and colorful plantings chosen for their beauty and because they attract many colorful birds. Be surrounded by and share in the beauty that is Costa Rica.

Great location! Beautiful house with beautiful views. Walking to the beach was easy. Driveway is a little steep. I would definitely stay here again.
Great stay: exactly as described. The house, landscaping and interior design are beautiful. It has many spaces to relax in and enough room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including some basics like oil, salt, pepper and spices, etcThe wi-fi is excellent, no problem working from "home." It was unusually hot when we visited but we used the sun shades in the afternoon and the house stayed cool, though there is AC throughout the house too. The views are really incredible: bring binoculars to see the dolphins and whales in the bay. The sunsets were amazing. The howler monkeys made two spectacular appearances in the back yard. We also saw parrots, hummingbirds and even the elusive scarlet macaws! You will want a car, this is not really a walkable location to town or beach. The road and driveway are steep, go slow at the bottom of the drive. The house manager was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.
We came as a family of 6 and a small child and LOVED it. The house was perfect with the best view of the ocean and sunset. You can relax with a cocktail and hang over the ledge of the infinity pool to a gorgeous ocean view where you hear waves crashing along the rocks. The kitchen was fully stocked, spacious and everything we needed for the trip. You are not a short walking distance to the beach, so I would recommend a rental car/ATV/golf cart/etc. The town of Samara is incredible little surfer/beach town with great food & drink options. The property management company acted as a tour guide at no extra cost, helping us book excursions and providing anything we needed and easy to communicate with via Whats App. This home is truly magical, 10/10 recommend; we are dying to come back! Side note: We hired personal chefs to wine and dine us and they were absolutely incredible, cannot recommend Gaspar and his team enough. Definitely reach out to them!
One of our favorite Airbnb stays yet. The house is basically brand new and extremely clean with an unbelievable view of the ocean and sunsets. There’s a well-stocked kitchen and a great outdoor grill area where we cooked the Mahi Mahi we caught during our stay in Sámara. We spent every morning on the deck or in the pool enjoying our coffee while listening to the parakeets and occasional macaw. On our last evening, we watched a troop of howler monkeys pass right by the side of the house while we sipped cocktails. We would definitely stay here again!
