Beautifully kept apartment building, safe & friendly. Unit was pristine & very comfortable. Location is wonderful for walking, restaurants, spa across the street & much to do for adults & children. Great value.

Overall, place was clean, but with minimal furnishings. Only had service for four people. Utensils were cheap in the kitchen. Pots did not sit flat on burners, so did not even make it easy to boil water efficiently. Access to building did not work upon arrival. Codes were not accepted as new system had been installed. Host did respond promptly to address this. Welcome book hardly had any information and did not even include access to pools which we had to inquire about. Master bedroom lamp had no light bulb, and small tv sat at foot of bed with poor viewing. Very limited amount of toilet paper provided for length of stay paid, and no hand soap or dishwashing liquid available in kitchen. No shampoo, limited soap or body wash provided in bathrooms. No coffee table in living room area and very sparsely furnished for the size of the space. For cost, would have expected better furnishings and provisions inside of the space. Will say very clean and beds were very comfortable.

Everything was so easy and place was perfect. Everything in the town was walkable so getting to restaurants and shop was no issue! Would absolutely stay there again!

We felt welcomed with some snacks and water bottles that our host provided.. Stylish condo overlooking the central area of Avalon Park offering a safe and secure environment . Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. WiFi is super fast with nice TVs . The host responded quickly to a request for an item. I would recommend it as perfect for a short stay.
