Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This new home is ready for you to enjoy, close to airport, shopping center, hikes, local wineries and much more. New community and very safe, family friendly, easy to get out and go for a walk or bike ride, four bikes available in the garage. Lots of space throughout, large rooms, big kitchen to cook your favorite meal, large backyard to enjoy outdoors with covered patio. This spacious home offers lots of space with two story plan. Blackout blinds on all room for you to enjoy your vacation sleeping in. Nice view from living room to the backyard you can see deers from the back since there is no neighbors blocking the great nature view that this home has to offer. Extra blankets, sheets and pillows in the closets on each room. The master room has a soaking tub and dual vanity. The other three bedrooms upstairs have a nice bathroom with dual vanity. Downstairs is a half bathroom. You can BBQ outside on the covered patio and enjoy the view.

The weekend family trip couldn’t have gone better! Felt just like home. The house was clean and had a lot of amenities! There were lots of toys for the kids, which they really enjoyed. They felt such at home that they did not want to leave. I highly recommend and Would definitely book again!
This place is beautiful, clean, and had great amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. It was a really nice touch to have shampoo and conditioner along with other toiletries in the bathrooms. They also made sure the bathroom was stocked with plenty of bath towels. The kitchen was very clean and had stainless steel Calphalon cookware. The beds were also comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!
We loved this place for our extended family! Absolutely pristine, and my siblings, children and grandchildren were very impressed. Nice touches, like stock of children’s books, a goodie bag, and even a shower gift for the new baby expected in our family. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home in a good location and perfect for a family weekend. We were really impressed with how nice the home and everything in it was and were able to enjoy a nice holiday weekend with various family members from the area. The hose had some very nice touches throughout the home that made if feel special and warm. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a couple nights in Medford.

New friendly neighborhood, you can walk around and is very nice and calm and nice views, you will be able to see the neighbors walking and kids riding bikes.
There is no traffic and is easy to get to the home.
Close to hikes, local wineries, and restaurants.
Crater Lake is only an hour and half away.

My wife and I have three kids. We like to travel and explore new things, my son and I love playing basketball, we all love bike riding. We live 15 minimum away from this home in case any problem comes up.
