We stayed for one night and found the area lovely! Even though the town centre was busy and full of people the location of Arif’s place was peaceful and felt like a completely different location even though it was a 10 minute walk away! 4 of us stayed for the night and the apartment was perfect! The whole place was completely spotless and had everything we needed. Would definitely come again thankyou for letting us stay!

Beautiful place, well decorated and clean. Very noisy at night so struggled to sleep but that’s nothing new for me. Would certainly stay again though as it was a gorgeous place. I couldn’t work the TV personally lol but I had my laptop and work to be getting on with. No parking but can park near by. There is an outside security camera which I always like to know about and I’m sure other booking parties would too. Overall 9/10 recommend!

We are so happy that we were able to stay at Arif's place. The cottage is very cozy and tidy. We felt a sense of calmness when we entered the house. The bathroom is our favourite part that the gentle sunlight comes in from the roof window. Most importantly, Arif is a great host who is very easy to work with. Definitely would love to stay here again whenever we come back to Devon :)

Beautiful air BnB! Felt right at home. Extremely clean and fresh. Great facilities and extremely comfortable bed! Would 100% recommend and would return anytime if I was in the area. The only downside is the road in and out of the property is extremely small , which is of course something that can't be helped. No parking outside the property, meaning you have to pay to park. But there is a spacious car park literally just behind the property. Car parking is about £10 for 24hours.
