Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Take in the forest view as you enjoy a meal around the kitchen table. Play games with your kids and dog in the spacious backyard. Build a fire in the woodstove, sink into leather sofas and watch movies. Drive 3 minutes to find small town shops and restaurants. Twenty min west on nearby I-70 there's Columbus for city and university culture or to watch the Buckeyes! Within an hour's drive be surprised by gorgeous hiking with caves and waterfalls. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath rambler with a large kitchen/dining space and living room, laundry room, sunroom, no basement, situated on a private 3/4 acre yard bordered by woods.

Beautiful area and home! We saw so many deers and it is so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend if you are looking for quiet, wild life and comfort.
The house was warm and homey, very comfortable for our group of adults. Janet was extremely accommodating, making sure there was plenty of coffee and double checking about how many beds we needed to make sure they were all made up. A perfect place to stay!
We stayed at Janet’s place as temporary living arrangement for a few days. She was always very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and the home was very nice and clean. Also if it was during the summer we definitely would have really enjoyed the woods behind the home. Overall had an amazing stay and definitely 10/10 would highly recommend.

This house is set in a very safe and quiet family neighborhood, but because it's on a cul-de-sac and backs up to woods, it feels secluded. You can take a walk down the street without being bothered by traffic, or drive a couple minutes into the nearby small town to find a coffee shop or down-home restaurants. We're also only 5 minutes from Interstate 70.
You can safely walk the neighborhood with your kids and dog, but need to drive a few minutes to get to the local town and about 12 minutes to bigger suburbs. The driveway has ample parking space.
