Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This is a nice single story home with roughly 1,000 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is 2 parking spots in the driveway. There is also a fenced-in backyard if you have pets you’d like to travel with. This property is not suitable for wheel chair access. You will be renting the entire place which includes 2 bedrooms / 2 full bathroom & also has a washer & dryer set as well as a fenced-in backyard.

We loved our stay, it was extremely convenient for us as we were only there for two nights for a graduation. Everything was VERY close to our location. I highly recommend for a short stay! Very clutter free. I would just suggest bringing your own sheets and blankets.
We have stayed at another of his homes and it was great. Dustin always replies to your message in a timely manner. I highly recommend staying with him when you come to Pensacola.
It's a great place in the middle of everything 8 minutes from the beach and the mall in both directions. perfect get away would definitely stay there again

Right in the center of Pensacola downtown area. The area is becoming gentrified and growing quickly!! Minutes from the the main night life scene, fancy restaurants/food trucks, Maritime Ballpark, Pensacola Bay Center, dog parks, etc. Also, conveniently located just 15-20 minutes from Pensacola Beach!
I also highly recommend you download the “EXPERIENCE PENSACOLA” app on your phone or tablet for great recommendations for things to do, bars/restaurants, etc. in the Pensacola area.
