Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 3 bedroom/3 bath getaway. The POOL is HEATED! The home is located in the Marina district of Gulfport Florida. The home is is only 4 blocks to the Marina and 8/10 of a mile to the Historic Waterfront District and the Gulfport Beach of Ciega Bay. There are numerous restaurants and cutesy shops to check out. The views of Ciega Bay from the pier are phenomenal. The beaches are about 10-15 minutes away. The house is so comfy you may not want to go anywhere! The home was built in 1950. The backyard is fully fenced. The home has been updated but still has the charm of an older home. There is a nice sized HEATED and/or CHILLED pool to enjoy all year. I have two deluxe rafts to use in the pool. There is also a cute wicker cabana full of fluffy pillows to enjoy with a friend. There is also an outdoor area to have meals. The screened in back porch has high-end furniture that includes a love seat with a coffee table and end tables, two comfy reclining chairs, and two directors chairs. There is also a small TV on the patio that connects to the internet. The main bedroom and dining room have access to the patio. There is adequate lighting and ceiling fan for your comfort. Main bedroom: California King bed Bedroom #2: Queen bed Bedroom #3: Queen bed All the beds have very high-quality linens. The couch in the living room is adequate length even for a tall person. Extremely comfy. The soft leather furniture in the living room is Natuzzi, which is made in Italy.

My family enjoyed our stay! plenty of space for our dogs to roam out back and lounge inside. the kids loved the fort setup in the master bedroom, and really loved the pool. the pool was very clean and had plenty of floats and noodles, Chri even had it setup with new in package arm floats and lounger,though we didn't need them as we had already brought our own, but the offering was nice. walking distance to the marina, only 10 minutes to Tropicana Field and 5 minutes to our favorite breakfast spot Skyway Jacks. We will definitely look for availability here next time we take a weekend trip.
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The host was very attentive when we had a small issue with the power the first night. The highlights for us were the pool and backyard area. It was very private and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed the screened in porch every morning for coffee and evening cocktails. The home is beyond well stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. Our group of 6 was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay so much. We were visiting my mother so the location was perfect being only 2 miles away from her and so close to pretty much all the areas we visited. Thank you for sharing your home with our family! Gulfport is a happy place with great people. It is a walkable and safe area. Gulfport is a diverse community that cares for one another. Everyone is welcome here.
Gulfport is very safe and walkable. There is a municipal Marina that's on the water 3-4 blocks away from the house. There's a public boat launch that is only $7. I believe they have a boat gas station.
WALKING: 8/10 of mile. Historic Gulfport Waterfront (restaurants, cute shops, beach of Ciego Bay, sand volleyball court, casino, Gulfport pier, and much more).
Driving your own car: Getting around is pretty easy. Parking is usually not a problem downtown Gulfport. downtown St. Pete is tougher, but has parking garages that are reasonably priced.
UBER/LYFT: I use Uber, and it's awesome! I get picked up in 10 minutes or less.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: I'm not familiar with it, however; I see tons of buses in Gulfport and St. Pete. I know one can get to downtown St. Pete, the mall, the beaches, and even Clearwater are on the bus line. It's called Sunpass.
