My family stayed a week at Randy's place and it was quiet and relaxing. I loved the size of the kitchen. Would stay here again. Randy was helpful, very responsive and quick to answer his texts. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Randy was responsive to what we needed but there were no bathroom toiletries, wifi didn't work at all, it wasn't very clean, and there was broken cabinets as well as the bathroom door. The location was good.

Great place easy check in clear instructions beautiful place very clean with tons of EXTRA amenities not listed located literally across from University of Northern Colorado being that I was here to see cousins graduation that location was PRIME…lots of near by walking distance convenient stores restaurants coffee shops tattoo parlor and even barber shops
