The basement apartment matched the photos perfectly and was pristine! The stools, sectional, and bed were comfortable. Directions to get to the apartment and inside were straightforward. Though the family lives above, the space felt like my own and I did not feel like there were competing noises. In fact, it was so comfortable that I slept way longer than intended and did less work than planned! Thankfully, I’d picked up food beforehand that only needed to be microwaved, so I didn’t have to go out. It was a restorative place to stay.

Abosede is a great host and the basement apartment is very clean, large and spacious. The bedroom was very nice with a comfortable bed, nice pillows and plenty of room. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was very nice. There's plenty of parking and the check-in process was easy. The only negative was that it had rained a lot and the ground was very soft so without paver stones from the street through the yard and backyard, your shoes get wet. Luckily it wasn't muddy so it wasn't too bad. Overall it was a great stay and I'll stay again.

The basement apartment was clean and there was no clutter. I loved that the TV was large. The bed was comfortable. We rested well and were happy to find something last minute after traveling for 7 hours. We appreciate you opening up your home.
