Welcome to the Menlo Treehouse Mansion, a captivating hilltop sanctuary in Moonridge, offering panoramic views of the Big Bear mountain range and ski slopes from every corner. Experience serenity in our main cabin, complete with a rejuvenating sauna, two inviting fireplaces, and an expansive bedroom transformed into an engaging game and TV room for family fun. Adjacent lies our charming guest house, a secluded gem with awe-inspiring Bear Mountain vistas. STR Permit VRR-2023-2793 The main house has a sauna and two cozy fireplaces with an XL downstairs bedroom being used as a fun family game and TV room. The guest house with its own private entrance is detached and also has incredible slope views of Bear Mtn Ski Resort. *Disclosure! This home has a very steep driveway, during the snow season, it is highly recommended that you have a 4x4 vehicle and you may even need chains to get up the driveway. Sleeping arrangements as followed: Main Home Main Level - Master bedroom with King bed w/ master bathroom Upstairs - Queen bed w/ en-suite bathroom Downstairs - Queen sized Murphy bed & twin over twin bunkbed with a twin trundle w/ en-suite bathroom Casita (Studio) Queen bed with 2 single twin cots. w. en-suite bathroom Full bathroom on main level *This home also comes with a sauna, hot tub, built-in BBQ grill, Foosball table, detachable ping pong & air hockey table. *This home does NOT have (A/C) *Disclosure: All our pictures are for displaying the home. The view from the house was simply amazing - it's really an impressive location! We love Big Bear Lake and the surroundings and come a few times a year - there is lots to do and great for the whole family! This house was good for our family of 8 - lots of space to spread out. There were a lot of steps up to the home from the parking area and up and down to multiple floors - for us the workout was worth it - with the snow, it definitely made things interesting! The best space of all was the main floor bathroom with a sauna / open shower / heater etc - we literally used it all the time given the foot of snow we got. The hosts were responsive and helpful with recommendations. Thank you!

Perfect get away place for an extended family trip. Guest house was super nice for the “teenagers” and main house perfect for the adults. Kitchen very equipped to cool every night. Had minor issue with the hot tub and master shower but host responded quickly and problems solved that same day! The driveway was great to fit 4 cars but a little tricky to drive in and out with fresh snow and ice, make sure to have chains if you do not have 4wd. Super close to bear and snow summit. Kids had an amazing time in the house with all the indoor games. Huge family room that fit all of us to gather and spend quality time.
The cabin was great and they had everything you would need. One thing that could be better were the beds. All were a bit uncomfortable but the house overall was beautiful

Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue,
Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts,
Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the
Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable
transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the
