Book if available !!! Rob and Carla were the most kind, responsive, and fun hosts. We stayed in Turtle House #2, which has the best views in my opinion. The property is in a private area with the most amazing views, and is near beach access, grocer/pharmacy, and restaurants. The house is super clean and fully stocked with necessities, and the beds are super comfortable. Rob and Carla and such a fun time and went above and beyond to make our first trip to Exuma amazing. We will definitely be staying here again in future trips!

We love staying at Robert’s place. This is our thirst time staying and it’s always a pleasure. The house is always super clean and has everything you need. Robert stopped multiple times on the property and is very friendly. We recommend this place to all our friends. Will be staying again in two years. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Bay House 2. We were able to find it easily using GPS. You cannot beat the views from the balcony and the windows. The balcony really makes the place. We spent most of our time out there when we were there. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and is very spacious. it is very close to a meat market, grocery store, and liquor store. We recommend CNK Liquors. Their wine was a lot cheaper than some of the other stores around. We would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The view was gorgeous! The pool was also a nice touch. My only complaints are the walk is farther than I expected to the beach and the water pressure from one of the showers was very minimal. I'd say it is a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes back because it's almost all uphill on the way back. There is NO direct beach access. You have to double back to the main road and access the beach from there. Over all we had a great stay and I love Hoopers Bay which is the closest beach.

The house is exactly as stated. The view is amazing you won’t want to leave. We enjoyed feeding the turtles, cooking on charcoal grill, swimming in pool and relaxing on deck. Suggest going to meat market, fabulous meats and cold cuts it’s right at bottom of hill.
