"La casa di Yeye" is located in a historic 17th century building (1600), in via Chiatamone, a few meters from the seafront of Naples. It is located on the third floor, with a lift, and overlooks Via Chiatamone, the ancient road that connected the village of Chiaja to the center of Naples. With a walk of only 30 meters you will find a short staircase that leads directly to the seafront, with its restaurants, clubs and the magnificent view of the Gulf of Naples. Yeye's house is a small independent apartment, which is accessed from a space shared with the Host's residence, and has a large living/dining area, the bedroom area on a mezzanine served by a comfortable staircase, the kitchen in separate room, an entrance, a bathroom. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, so that the total capacity of the house is 4 beds. There are wardrobes both in the bedroom area and in the entrance; in the living room a piece of furniture with a flap represents a possible work space. The apartment has a balcony overlooking Via Chiatamone.

Maurizio was a life saver! My booking through another app was canceled as I was traveling to Naples. Luckily Maurizo had availability to host me and my family. Appartamento elegante e moderno, fornito di tutto ciò di cui potevamo aver bisogno, in un palazzo classico in zona Santa Lucia, a un passo dal lungomare. Siamo stati per Pasqua con due bambine di 6 e 8 anni e abbiamo visitato i luoghi principali di Napoli facendo belle passeggiate anche fino in centro. L’host è premuroso, gentile e disponibile per provare a risolvere qualsiasi problema.
Gradevolissimo alloggio, con spazi ben organizzati, pulitissimo, arioso e dotato di ogni confort, in splendido palazzo d'epoca. La zona è centrale, il mare e i luoghi più belli della città sono a pochi passi. Maurizio è stato gentile , accogliente e disponibile. Ottima esperienza Da ripetere !
Abbiamo avuto l’onore ed il piacere di essere stati i primi ospiti di Mariella e Maurizio. L’appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione. Accogliente , piacevole, dotato di ogni comfort. Location in quartiere elegante e tranquillo da cui è facile visitare la città anche a piedi Mare a pochi metri. Lo consigliamo vivamente per un romantico soggiorno. Torneremo
