This newly renovated apartment has everything you need for a comfortable cozy stay. It has a living space with TV, sofa bed and workspace/dining. It also has a cozy bedroom with a comfortable new double bed. The kitchen is basic and is stocked with basic ingredients. The bathroom is new with a good shower. Guests also have access to our shared laundry room. The area is full of good restaurants and supermarkets for your convenience. Perfect for tourists or professionals/students. Well furnished and functional space. Note that the kitchen does not have a sink. Guests have access to sinks in the washroom and the bathroom, which are just next door to the kitchen.

Ren og ryddig leilighet med sentral plassering. Vi hadde et hyggelig opphold hos Reidar og Luis.
Leiligheten så ut som på bildene, var rent, ryddig og nydelig innredet. Den ligger veldig sentralt. Vertene svarte raskt på meldingene. Mye mulig at jeg booker samme leilighet igjen ved neste Stavangertur!
Great location, Luis was available for all the questions we had. Nice little basement flat, basic but thats all was needed. Just for future guests staying during colder months, there is a heater under the stairs!
Het appartement is gunstig gelegen. Op 5 minuten lopen van de bushalte, waar de airportbus stopt. Ook alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Veel restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement zelf is klein, maar alles, wat je nodig kunt hebben is aanwezig. Het is zeer schoon. Je kunt er makkelijk eenvoudige maaltijden klaar maken. Dat je de afwas in de wasruimte moet doen, die naast de badkamer zit, is helemaal geen probleem. Handig dat je Netflix kunt kijken op de TV. Raider en Louis zijn goed benaderbaar. Voor twee personen is het appartement goed te doen, vooor drie personen zou ik het te klein vinden.
It was perfect ! Great location and there was everything we needed in the flat and more. Nothing was too much trouble , thank you we had a great stay . Definitely return Xx
