Apartment is on the top floor of a 17 story building. Night time security on site every night. Building has paid laundry, gym and work space available for guests use. Apartment is on the 17th floor of a landmark building in Downtown Jacksonville. The apartment is fully furnished in a bohemian decor not to overwhelm our guests. Queen size bed + 1 futon are available for sleeping arrangements. TV is set up with Chrome Cast for easy access to all major streaming apps where you can sign in to your account or cast it from your cell phone.

Everything was indeed amazing and nothing less only thing is the bedroom bed is hard as a rock but everything was great.
Rheina's 17th floor city apartment was perfect for an overnight stay after attending a concert at the nearby VyStar Arena. It was extremely clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the city. Free parking across the street was included in my stay, and Rheina gave very clear instructions that included photos, so that I could be sure to park in the correct lot, since there are several parking lots surrounding the building. The arena and sports complex is a walkable 1-mile distance, and I was delighted to find that Chamblin's Uptown was an even shorter walk for breakfast and book browsing. Rheina reached out when I arrived and also the next morning to make sure everything was going smoothly. Since I live a couple of hours away, I would definitely love to stay here again if I have another evening event in downtown Jacksonville.
This place exceeded all my expectations. Rheina is a 5-star host who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Check-in and parking instructions were super clear, and Rheina was quick to respond when I had a question. Great location conveniently close the most venues downtown, and a quick drive to the beach. I was there only one day, but wish I could have stayed more. The apartment was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the view was just spectacular.

Rheina’s place is a hidden gem. Exactly as pictured, extremely clean and had all amenities we need for a comfortable stay. The building was quiet parking was a breeze. I am very big on cleanliness, and I can tell they go the extra mile to make sure the apartment was spotless. The linens were fresh, bathroom impeccable, and the overall apartment was top notch. This will definitely be my go to stay next time I am in the area.

Downtown Jax is a very convenient place to be. A lot of action during the day, and quite at night. Close to the main attractions, and just a few minutes from the beach.
The neighborhood is very quiet, eclectic and young. The building has security every night from 9:30PM - 4AM. A fire station is located just a block away.
Free parking available for one car!
Train station is located just 3 block away from the apartment.
