The villa is in a sunny, panoramic position, making it great for outdoor meals with its barbecue in outbuilding n. 1. The fenced swimming pool is on a slightly lower level than the house and is 12 metres by 5.5 with a depth of 1.4m. It’s externally paved and features sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a large gazebo with tables and armchairs, making it perfect for admiring the surrounding countryside while relaxing in the shade.
