The place is nice and at a good location. However we booked the place for company's employee as it is also closed to our office but our guest was not very happy. Informed host that we will arrive at 3pm, but guest couldn't check in till 4:45pm. Not pleasant after a 16hrs flight and had to wait around. Guest got locked out because the key was deactivated - by accident - as per host, but couldn't fix the key issue because it happened in the evening. So our guest got locked out and then got locked-in as she couldn't leave the facility w/o a proper key card. This is my 2nd bad reviews within 20yrs of traveling to South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and within the US. The host ended up stated that was "poor-communication" on our end, but not sure what does it have to do with check-in and got locked out issues. Imagine that after a long day at work but you can not get back into your place and then got locked in all night?!

Great place to stay, felt very relaxing to come back to after a long day having a walkable restaurant next door made it even better didn’t have to get back in my car to grab a bite to eat highly recommend for short or even long stays

Sarom’s place was exactly as described. Sarom was extremely quick to respond to my inquiries. I highly recommend Sarom’s place to anyone on Airbnb. This was by far my best experience with Airbnb in Seattle.

Easy access to public transportation- no car needed to visit from Tacoma to Seattle.
