It is my great pleasure to invite you to a cozy two-room apartment located in Warsaw's Bielany district. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Its undoubted advantage is a well-equipped kitchenette. The apartment is located in a quiet and green area, near the subway station (about 600 metres - 9 minutes walk). This makes access to the city centre quick and convenient. There are walking areas, restaurants and service points in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The apartment, which size is 36.78 square meters, consists of a spacious living room with a well equipperd kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. The flat is located on the 4th floor. The windows of the apartment face east. There are two beds in the flat, on which up to 4 people can sleep comfortably. In the bedroom there is a double bed with a 200 centimetres long and 140 centimetres wide mattress and in the living room there is a really comfortable sofa bed which, when unfolded, reaches 199 centimetres length and 144 centimetres width. Aditionally the Guests could enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi connection and access to streaming services (Netflix and Amazon Prime Video).

Amazing place to stay at. Karol was extremely proactive and anticipated our needs as we stayed with a baby. Super easy check in, great sleep and fully furnished flat. We had everything we needed and even more! We will be back in July!
This is probably the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in, when travelling. Karol is such a great host, who pays attention to every detail when hosting guests at his apartment. I had no problem with anything, I felt right at home, provided with more than I could need. Loved my stay for sure!
Que dire... Tout était parfait. L'appartement était très propre. Karol nous a laissé un petit mot de bienvenue avec des petites douceurs. Netflix et Amazon Prime étaient programmés dans notre langue (même si nous ne les avons pas utilisés). Nous avions des brochures disponibles aussi dans notre langue. L'appartement est beaucoup mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Karol nous a bien indiqué les différents restaurants, les différents supermarchés à proximité. Le quartier est très calme et sécurisé. Le métro était à environ 10 minutes à pied !! Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai dans cet appartement proposé par le super hôte Karol pour mon prochain séjour sur Varsovie. Merci pour tout
Pobyt u Pana Karola był bardzo przyjemny. Kontakt z gospodarzem na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo dokładna instrukcja zameldowania. Sam lokal czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, w cichej i spokojnej okolicy.
