Welcome to our Parisian house ! We invite you to our spacious, bright 2-room duplex apartment of 55 m2, located in a very quiet courtyard. We have been living here for just over a year and have decorated it primarily with furniture and accessories found at the Saint Ouen Flea Market or in second-hand shops, aiming to create a countryside home in the heart of Paris. It's located just steps from Rue des Martyrs with all its shops, as well as close to Montmartre and the Parisian theaters. This accommodation is our home where we live all year round. You will therefore find everything you need here. The ground floor consists of a large, workshop-style living room with carved woodwork, parquet floors, antique radiators, and a very well-equipped open kitchen (bean coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine...). Upstairs, you will find a large master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), a desk/dressing area, and a bathroom with an antique bathtub. We have a baby bed if necessary.

What a secret lovely spot in Paris. I really enjoyed the stay. Place was very clean, comfy and the landlord available always. I d love to come back soon
William and Quentin’s place is truly a hidden gem in the middle of a lively and beautiful neighborhood. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, and conveniently located right next to the metro. Even so it’s tucked away in a private courtyard, providing privacy and a peaceful environment. Both William and Quentin are very thoughtful and helpful, they answered all of our questions really fast and were flexible with check in hours, which we really appreciate. We were also greeted with a lovely bottle of wine, such a pleasant surprise. Overall this was one of or best airbnb experiences and we 100% recommend.

The house was amazing! Great location with many thinks do around. We found the house very clean and tidy with tasteful furnitures and details. Very comfortable bed and sofa. The heating was on throughout our stay. William was a great host, very friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend the place and I would choose it again.
William and Quentin were incredible hosts and very communicative throughout our whole trip, without overstepping at all and respecting our privacy. The place was a beautiful escape for the Parisian city life. It was tucked away from the city and a nice courtyard, which is currently under construction but there was rarely any noise or inconvenience when we were there. The location is spectacular in the 9th arrondissement so you will rarely find yourself in the apartment . But if you need a break from the busy city, you can feel tucked away in the countryside right in the center of Paris! We will definitely be returning in the near future and would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Paris :)

The 9th arrondissement is a charming and very central neighborhood in Paris and has many shops.
The small Montholon square offers a bit of greenery just 100m from the house. Rue des Martyrs, 5 minutes away, is very famous for its various shops.
The house is a 10/15 minute walk from the train stations (Nord, Est, St Lazare), 10 minutes from Montmartre and the Sacré Cœur, and the Opera.
The Cadet metro station is 100m from the house.
If you like cycling, a Vélib station is located besides the house.
