Filled with colour and character, this coastal property sleeps 10 guests over 5 bedrooms creating a great base for families and friends. Retaining many of its original features, the property features an exposed brick fireplace with an in-built wood burner in the kitchen/diner, whilst the living room has its own open fire, perfect for cosy evenings spent relaxing with your loved ones. Set in the heart of Swanage, the nearby golden sands of Swanage Beach is under a mile away offering a quintessential seaside experience on the sheltered, gently sloping beach and a traditional Victorian feel to the town. The heart of the home is the living room, filled with a selection of plush seating in vibrant colours, an open fire and a Smart TV for movie nights. This room sets the tone for the rest of the property with its elegant style and quirky finishings which make this a property you’ll always remember. Family meals and board game nights can be spent in the kitchen/diner around the rustic dining table. The exposed brick fireplace acts as a dramatic focal point of the room and adds a real wow factor to the space. Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor along with a shower room and WC, whilst two further properties can be found on the top floor alongside a shower room. Each bedroom is decorated with a modern style in hues of blue to reflect the coastal location. Outside, a small courtyard area offers an intimate setting for two to take time away from the group on the bistro table and chairs to share a coffee and a piece of cake in the summer sunshine.
