Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

The Villa is run by the hotel group Orka. You have to pick up keys from the hotel 20 mins from the villa itself which wasn’t convenient at 1 o’clock in the morning, they made us wait about 25 mins for keys. Once arriving at the Villa, we weren’t given a password for wifi, there was a sewer smell, toilets not cleaned, hair found, dust in a lot of places, all around not a clean place. We went to the hotel the next day for the wifi password, the wifi was broken and had modem problems which I told the hotel about, they blamed our devices which wasn’t true to message given from the wifi company, the wifi was down most of my stay. The pool was the only nice and clean bit of the property. I wasn’t expecting everything when arriving but there wasn’t a book for instructions, nor even hand soap for the bathrooms, the property was empty, it would be nice to have some laundry detergent for the washing machine or cleaning products for dishes. All around the hotel clearly want to just make money.
