Esta muy bien el departamento, sólo necesita arreglos del aire acondicionado (que no funciona), el agua caliente y el gas de la estufa.

The view is great, and the property is located in a nice area. But this is not somewhere to stay for long. The walls are very thin, and there is a dog next door that barks and howls all day while the owners are away. And when they are there, there is often a loud child. The trade-off with the beach across the way is that sandy dust constantly blows in and covers the floor and other surfaces. Even if the doors are closed, it comes in through open vents. From a safety standpoint, you have to have a key both to get inside the lobby, but also to get out. If there were a fire in the building and you left your key upstairs in a panic, you would have to break out of the glass doors somehow. And the key to get in and out routinely took minutes to get it to work, and one broke off in the door. … Daniel was responsive and addressed issues when needed. But the property itself has issues which got old very fast for us.
