John was easy to communicate with and very responsive. His place is clean and quiet, and the beds are soft and comfortable. The location is near the beach which is nice. There is not many eating places or shopping around, but you can easily take Grab taxi to a nearby shopping centre or that.

We had a very pleasant stay in John's apartment. John is superfriendly, very helpful, polite, he answered in seconds all my messages, a wonderful host. His apartment is modern, very clean and quite, very safe. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you so much John.
해변과 가까워 아침 저녁으로 산책하기 편리했고, 주변에 괜찮은 식당들도 많습니다. 수건도 넉넉했고, 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 5일동안 머무르는데 불편함이 없었습니다.

The apartment faces the sea on Pham Van Dong beach (Da Nang's main beach), and stepping down into the sea allows for immediate bathing. By motorcycle & car, the apartment is 5 minutes from Son Tra Mountain. Linh Ung Pagoda, Ban Co Peak, a thousand-year-old banyan tree, and monkey mountain are among the attractions on Son Tra Mountain. You can also take photos on the romantic Korean street directly across the street from the apartment.
