Although there was some hitupps when check in as one of the room door lock was faulty n can't open.. The mgt was fast enough to get the contractor to come down at 9.30pm. Very happy with the immediate attention. The unit was a good place to stay for family. Will book again

One hour before we want to check-in, host informed us that the place we booked needs maintenance. This was the second time host asked us to relocate, within a short span of 3 days before checking-in. When we checked in, the place wasn't cleaned up. The messy left behind by previous guests are still not cleared. We had to leave for dinner, to allow the cleaners come up to clear the place. Later on when we came back, we realized one of the rooms have the rubbish tucked underneath the bed. Photos are taken for proof to send to the host. Host offered second time cleaning, but we refused as we had our things put all over the house, it would be a hassle to keep away our things, and a waste of time to allow the cleaners to come in to clear the house again. Very bad experience. Paid for a more convenient and localised place but ended up have to be relocated and the relocated home stay wasn't cleaned up. First time using Airbnb app to book. Probably will uninstall this app and not use again.
