Clean, easy check in, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, backyard is like an oasis
Check in was easy. Everything was as expected or better. House had everything we might need for our stay. Check out was a breeze and Vlad was able to give us good local recommendations for restaurants and directions. Highly recommend.
This bnb was amazing for me and my friends. We had such a good time. And any questions I had vlad answered it immediately. Vlad was a great host. If you have a chance to grab this bnb do it.
Just spent a long weekend at Vlad’s house. We had a great time and really wished we could have stayed at least a few more days to enjoy the great backyard more. The hot tub was fun and all of the big TVs were nice for Match Madness. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.
Very clean, spacious, and close to all shops/ convenience stores. Beach was less than 10 minutes away. Great stay. Hot tub was a plus!

Within minutes of Anna Maria Island Beaches, IMG Academy, GT Bray Park, Robinson and Perico Preserve, Shopping and 3 golf courses on the street. Closest golf course is right in front of the house called Pinebrook Ironwood Golf Club. GT Bray Park is one of the nicest parks around with a gym, swimming pool, pickle ball, tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball court, skate park, grill area, dog parks for small/large dogs and beautiful trails. Plenty of parks and preserves around. Robinson Preserve is an awesome place for site seeing, bike riding and other outdoor activities.

Plenty of parking in and around the house. 2 driveways and a parking pad on the side for boat, RV, trucks or trailer parking. Free parking at all Beaches on the Island.
