We stayed at Monica's house and had some adversity. The 5 star reviews are how Monica chose to handle a difficult situation. I feel that the way she sympathized with my family and provided a refund when things that were out of her control happened. I believe the way she handled the situation all guest should be welcomed and know that they are with a host that genuinely cares. She has a plan in place to immediately address certain things that happened during our stay. I look forward to trying to stay at this location in the future.

Monica was a 5-star hostess. When we had an unexpected medical emergency, she was helpful, responsive, concerned and flexible with checkout. Two things I am insistent about: cleanliness and comfortable beds. Monica provided both! The neighbourhood, while a few blocks from a busy street, was absolutely QUIET and peaceful. No noise at all. The neighbourhood is walkable and safe and close to restaurants and stores. VERY affordable! We will stay again when we visit our daughter and her family!
