The home includes 2 queen sized beds & one queen sized pull out sofa. Private & oversized backyard features an in-ground swimming pool & patio with seating & a pond in the front yard. Close to Merritt Parkway & a 10 minute drive to downtown. The home includes everything you need for a short or long term stay. Central Heating & AC. No pets allowed. If you plan on bringing a service animal, you need to let the host know before requesting to book and also provide documentation to the host confirming that the pet is a service animal. Great stay!
Serene cool place. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to the area. Martin is a great communicator.
We unfortunately could not stay at Martin's place because a death in the family forced us to cancel our trip. However, I wanted to leave a review because Martin was very responsive---I asked a number of questions prior to canceling the trip, and he answered each one promptly and kindly. Martin also was extremely kind when we had to cancel and worked with us and Airbnb to ensure we received a full refund. Although we cannot speak to the place (simply because we did not go), the host is fantastic, and we would highly recommend staying in one of Martin's places.
Martin is responsive and helpful. We lost hot water for a time but he walked me through an easy fix.
Martin’s place is tranquil and beautiful, and it has a fun country midcentury feel. The home is as pictured and quite large, with a great tv room, spacious kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms (and plenty of bathrooms too). It was a quick drive to Greenwich and the surrounding NY metro area but definitely felt like a country retreat.

I grew up in Norwalk and Stamford, CT and know the area from the best reataurants and all the fun attractions. I also frequently visit the Lake George area in the Summer and Fall and love going to Florida during the Winter months. My goal is to make guests’ travel experience as comfortable and seamless as possible.
