Most Incredible Airbnb Experience! The host was beyond fantastic—super friendly and even welcomed us with complimentary drinks! Franchesca was a delight; her warmth and flexibility during our check-in made us feel right at home. The location is absolutely prime, just steps away from top-notch restaurants, the beach, and vibrant nightlife. A perfect stay in every way!
Our host Franchesca was always responsive and attentive. The spaces and restrooms (hot water heater for showers) were as described and appliances and A/c’s worked well. Jacuzzi area and pool have bubbles but not heated but the lights offer a nice touch for use after sun down. The villa is within the Sosua ocean village gated community and offers a layer of security as well as shared pool area, restaurant, bar and water slides for children. They also have a gym ($10 a day) as well as an atm all within a short walk from the villa.
This house made me feel like I was in Paradise. Everything was convenient. Franchesa was very nice and welcoming with a pleasant smile. Fernando was the best chef anyone could imagine also. I’m very thankful for the stay
Booked this place for my children and myself and it was totally worth it!!! The kids loved the villa, the peacefulness, security and overall private pool! The house was equipped with all the essentials needed for a vacation!! Beautiful place and highly recommend it! The Hosts Franchesca was the sweetest and Tilson was always making awesome recommendations to nearby restaurants and attractions. Thank you guys for such an amazing home!
Tilson has a great property in Sosua. His property manager Francesca was amazing. She helped me with local tourist events and was responsive every time I called whether evening or morning. I highly recommend getting a private chef Fernando. He cooked amazing dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 5 starts. I will highly recommend.

Sosua Ocean Village is close to everything. It is a short 2-3min drive to Playa Alicia Beach, Los Charamicos Beach, Sosua Beach with its crystal clear waters and fabulous natural reefs and other private beaches are nearby. In addition to snorkeling, water sport activities and horseback riding in Sosua and nearby Cabarete is only 15mins away for its famous beach, surfing and restaurants. Famous Kite Beach for Kite surfing is also 15-20mins away.
Sosua Ocean Village is a Family Friendly Gated Community with the largest outdoor children’s playground in the country with trampolines, ropes course, rock climbing and bounce houses as well as two water parks, various pool areas, jacuzzis, spa and three restaurants and a newly opened clubhouse overlooking the ocean.
This community is conveniently located between the main 2 towns of Sosua (5 minutes drive) and Cabarete (10 minutes drive).

Puerto Plata that offers dozens of Historic & Cultural places to visit, is only 40 minutes drive. There you can find the Famous Teleférico Cable Car that drives you up to Mount Isabel, The Fortress San Felipe, Different Museums of Amber, Larimar, Cigar, Chocolate, Rum Factory, Gift Shop Stores and the Beautiful Cathedral The Apostle St Philip.
