Very nice place and host. I didn’t realize it’s actually a boathouse and it would move when I moved. Lol. But other than that. It had beautiful scenery, the nature surrounding it was cool if you’re into that. There’s a gator that swims in the water that gave us plenty close up pics. The place is secure, close to public bus, clubs and stores. Lorena was very accommodating and I’d like to give a thumbs up. We had breakfast on the rooftop and it was an overall different experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful houseboat. The first thing that struck me was the breathtaking view of the lagoon, especially during the mesmerizing sunsets. On one occasion, I even had the thrilling experience of spotting a crocodile basking in the sun. The detailed description provided by the Abel and Lorena was spot on, ensuring a seamless check-in process and safe parking facilities. The deck of the houseboat was beautifully planned. Every aspect of the houseboat, from its interior design to the amenities provided, exuded charm and thoughtfulness. Additionally, the location was ideal, with a myriad of restaurants & clubs within walking distance. Cons: I found a few ants. The music from the restaurants was heard until 3-4 am. Lastly, while the kitchenette was well-equipped, I was disappointed to find a lack of condiments and snacks, which would have added a nice touch to the overall experience. In conclusion, my stay at this houseboat was a memorable one

There are definitely things to love about the this place: 1) out of the way and private but close to action/beach 2) Super friendly hosts- willing to help. 3) The View from bed and the top deck is really sweet right on the water! Harder was the Plumbing- toilet not flushing well -I think because it’s a houseboat - the lock system is slightly inconvenient (especially when coming back at night) -the kitchen is hard to cook a full meal. Overall I enjoyed my stay- and loved to discover the bus system that picks you up right there and delivers you miles away for $1 (15 pesos)
