Samuel’s place was a nice affordable stay for us to be close enough to NYC on New Year’s Eve. It was cozy and clean and had a fancy bathroom with little glowy lights. Thanks Samuel!

I booked this stay due to the attractive price point, but was disappointed by its lack of security. The sliding barn door, meant for a closet, barely locked and had substantial gaps. It was held together by a shaky sliding rack. In contrast, the kitchen/bathroom door had a more secure keypad. I left within 30 minutes, opting for alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this stay.

The location is perfect . For the check in Host insisted of giving me the code on the phone something I didn’t understand why . The house has no safety. what I mean by that is , the front door is not lock properly it’s not even a real door it’s like a closet door that slide from left to right so everything you do the person next door and upstairs can hear it. The door was not closing all the way so someone walking in the hallway can see you laying down on the bed . I personally use a big blanket to cover the entire door so nobody can see inside the room. The lock was loose, (for a female to be there alone it’s not save at all) . They was a weird smell and some white stuff on the bed sheet . The couch had some dirt on it . The kitchen is very small with a small fridge, the Microwave was not working .

Really enjoyed our stay here! We spent a couple of days in New York and this was definitely worth the price. The only downside was the commute. If you are planning to go to the city, the commute takes about 30–45 minutes to get to Manhattan. But again, for the price, it was worth it! The room was nice and clean and perfect fit for a couple people. Overall, we loved our stay!
