Everything was perfect - clean place, everything functional, convenient location, great customer service, etc. One small area of improvement - some ants to eradicate.

Conveniently located and all attractions easy to get to with Grab rides. Not as clean as I am accustomed to for Airbnb apartments but nothing a bit of attention cannot sort out. However there was always a pleasant smell in entering the apartment. The bed is an economy IKEA style bed with a hopeless wooden slatted system which kept falling off its supports. The mattress was also quite thin and the linen was basic but clean. No detergent supplied for the washing machine although it was listed as an amenity. The small plate of the 2 plate convection hob does not work. There were no knives to eat with but this seems standard with Asian apartments - just foreign for international guests

The host was really kind, and gave me rapid and proper answers. I loved their organized system about check-in and out. The space was clean, equipped most of electric devices that I can use. The life sound-proof was not that good, but the neighbors were mostly quiet after 10pm. Few ants were on the bed in first night, but I guess it was because of the humid weather, once I removed it, no more ants. Nice location(walk distance to KLCC), money exchange and 24hour convenient store on the ground floor, kind host and well-organized system. I loved this place, highly recommended👍
