The space seamlessly flows through to an eight-seating dining set (can fit more at table if kids using bench set) a modern, contemporary-style kitchen consisting of stone benchtops, a centre-island bench, a scullery and quality appliances. Step through sliding doors onto gorgeous covered decking. The outdoor living space, which overlooks your suburban backyard and rugged hills in the distance. Cleverly configured, the main sleeping quarters are located in the second wing of the home, with sleeping up to eight guests across three main bedrooms, and a further double bed in the room off the living wing. Can sleep up to 12 if further guests are happy to use double camp bed in lined garage area, and even put up a supplied tent in garage to give feel of other room! Retreating to the master bedroom, which enjoys the luxury of a king-size bed, wall-mount TV, walk-in wardrobe and tiled ensuite. The second bedroom provides a queen-size bed, and a porta cot is also available for use. Two sets of king-single bunks make up the third bedroom. A further Queensize bed in the very small room off the living room. A family-sized bathroom boasts a tiled shower, a free-standing bath and a separate toilet. Complementary WiFi, a smart TV, a dishwasher and full laundry facilities help you holiday with ease. The site enjoys plenty of off-street parking.
