- proper check in instructions morning of arrival. had to message to figure out what door, parking and door code. - proper linens for number of people. We had 9 towels and a few hand towels, no face cloths and no bath mat to get out of shower onto. - properly stocked kitchen. There wasn’t even scissors. Only one coffee mug, a keurig that didn’t work, bought a keurig from Costco and took it with us so we could at least have something. - maintenance, cracked bathroom tile that could cut someone, poorly installed shower hardware (broken shower hose, overkill on shower heads in the 2nd floor shower, upstairs shower leaks like crazy we couldn’t use it) missing smoke detectors (old home old electrical this is HIGHLY dangerous) - lacks comfort of home, there was zero furniture, no nightstand beside beds, no where to unpack clothes like a dresser or shelving in the closets. - maintenance guy coming with only 20 mins notice and leaving the door unlock.

Absolutely amazing hosts and had an amazing time on our trip and their place was perfect. Amazing responsive responses and very friendly and kind hosts. Will ensure to book again with them if I am ever back in NY/NJ. Thank you very much

The Airbnb near NYC was clean with comfortable beds but had several issues: 1. One upstairs bedroom had no power, rendering it unusable. The TV and Xbox outside the bedroom also didn't have power. A contractor came in the second day to check the issue but was not able to resolve. 2. Limited parking (driveway and street) shared with another Airbnb caused inconvenience. We got stuck without a parking space late at night and had to park on the sidewalk since no spaces were available on the street. 3. Fans didn't work, and not all bedrooms had AC. Contractor couldn't get any of the fans to turn. 4. The upstairs bathroom leaked water on to the floor due to a gap below the shower door. it's also really cramped. 5. The listing incorrectly mentioned a dryer, which was later corrected by the host.

I stayed here with a larger group. The beds were comfortable and there was enough room for everyone to sit and relax together. The neighborhood was nice and there were lots of stores that were walkable. We could have used a few more towels and some more cups. Natalia was informative and clear in her directions. That was helpful.
