The space The river frontage of this hideaway is a deck, with handrail, and stairs down to the water where you can dock your boat or go for a swim. Located on the dock is a fish sink for easy cleaning of the day's catch. Nearby is a boat ramp, and you are five minutes from the Crooked Creek Marina, which offers a convenience store with boat ramp, gas, ice, pizza, hand dipped ice cream and much more.This home has most every comfort you would expect such as high-speed internet, Smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, toaster over, range, oven, coffee maker, blender and grilling utensils. In addition to the Queen and Full size bed, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedrooms are not completely private as the master is connected to both the guest room and the bathroom and is the pass through to access. Inside the home is 729 square feet so it is cozy. Towels, linens, blankets and pillows supplied with extra blankets available. Washer and dryer also provided. Located on the dock is a fish sink for easy cleaning of the day's catch. Parking in driveway only. No parties or events. 4 person MAX. Any additional guests need prior approval from property manager. If unapproved guests arrive, then $50 per person per night will be charged. DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED IN THE HOME. Strongly advise bringing in groceries on the way in as this is a fair distance from modern conveniences. Nearby is Tom's Creek Cafe and Eddie's Rivermart for last minute items like ice, bait and snacks. Also, Mousetail Landing State Park is just a 30 minute drive from here. Several marinas are close by. For hiking, there is Lady's Bluff Hiking Trail.
