Nice queen size room available, plus separate study and separate exercise room for use. Friendly female housemate, easygoing. Can provide meals if required. Spacious house, nice chill out zone. Pets on property include cats and chooks. Fresh eggs to eat. 4 bedroom house, one dedicated to study, one exercise and two for sleeping. Comfy couch and TV for chilling. Decent kitchen, has everything you need including a gas stove. Veggie garden has fresh produce depending on season and recent effort! I have cats which are pretty quiet, and minimal cat fur with robovac.
