Convenient location with direct access to paradigm. Instructions as to how to drive to the carpark came abit too late. Was otw already, no time to look at video sent. Would be good to post earlier. Apartment was nice and clean. No unpleasant smell. Aircon works well. Only thing is the pillows were rather flat. But then some might like flat pillows. I’ll bring a personal pillow next time. Keys listed as 2, but only 1 door key and 1 lift and lobby access card provided. If in a larger group, it will be inconvenient. Also car park is only 1 lot and 1 visitor. Visitor has to pay to park. Other than that, love the place. Quieter and not so crowded. Paradigm shops are great! Could not cover many shops in my half day there. Will definitely be back.

Nice and clean place to stay

The place is fairly new, most units are Homestays occupied by guest and tourist. Located above the Paradign shopping mall making it very convenient for shopping and eating. The unit is simple and have all the basic items. Booked the place to stay with my family, we had 9 persons and added an extra mattress. Below are some of my opinion and comments: PROS: 1) New and reasonably clean 2) Mahjong set and table provided , something to occupy those who likes it 3) Firm mattress 4) High floor, windy CONS: 1) Homestay mgmt slow in reply and response, usually more than 1 hour to reply my msg. An example was that i booked for an extra mattress a week earlier but when i arrived, it was not prepared. Msg and called many times but no response until more than 1 hour later. Besides that there were other messages which also took long time for their response 2) Back of toilet door at master room was stained and dirty 3) Dining table is too small , can have 4 chairs 4) Only 1 car parking lot

Great place to stay, spacious, clean and 4 queen size beds. Amazing view also. Setback is 1-set of access card n key given which makes inconvenient if travelling to move around. Also required copy of your ID.
