Matthew’s place was a new listing I’ve never seen before in Kingston so I decided I to give it a try. From the first point of contact was made, I felt comfortable in making the decision to book with him. Check-in was seemless, I was not disappointed. The area around the house was quiet, clean and all the surrounding houses in the neighborhood were well groomed. Going inside the house it self it felt very safe and secure from the guarded gates to the 2 locked doors to get inside the house. The rooms were good in size and surprisingly spacious and the bathrooms were immaculate. There were all new appliances and everything that I needed was there. Definately will be using this property again.
